Viewing and Forwarding Email Headers in Outlook 98, 2000, 2002 and 2003

 1. In Outlook, double-click the junk/SPAM email message to open it.

     

  2. Go to the View menu and select Options.

     

 3. Right click in the Internet headers box at the bottom and choose Select All.    

    

 4. Right click again in the same box and select Copy.

    

 5. Click the Close button.

 6. Click the Forward button.

    

 7. In the To: field, type junkmail@tiadon.com.

 8. At the top of the message body, right click and select Paste.

    

 9. Click the Send button.
